HiPer Technology’s “energy absorbing wheels” are based on the inventions and designs of Thomas A. Darnell, the companies founder.
HiPer uses this newly developed carbon fiber structural composite and their proprietary thick wall injection techniques to produce molded carbon fiber high-performance racing wheels for ATV's, Micro Sprint cars, and mini motorcycles. They are lighter, substantially more durable, and more than six times as tough as their competitor’s aluminum wheels.
Prior to the development of these technologies, using carbon fiber as a structural component, although light and strong, required expensive manufacturing processes -- and the material was brittle.
The patented carbon fiber composite, along with proprietary molding techniques , allows HiPer Technology to overcome these weakness, making their high performance wheels the lightest, strongest, and most durable in the market today.
